Under paid staff

It has come to my attention that the staff who run the car wash at the BP garage Palm Court are getting paid well below minimum wage. They are getting between R50 and R 80 per day and they work long hours and over time. Sure they get tips but what happens when a customer pays with a bank card? The owners keep all the money and don't pass it on to the staff.
I fill up my car there every week, sometime a few times a week and i have my car washed there just about every weekend.
The staff who wash my car are decent trustworthy guys who always leave whatever money they find in my car in the centre ashtray.
I find this disgusting as no one can live off that kind of money in this day and age.
I truly hope that BP South Africa takes action against this kind of exploitation which I'm sure is happening at garages country wide.
