No service third time around

This is the third time in the last six months that i attempt to fill up with fuel at this garage and this is the third time i had to leave as i have to stand there parked waiting for an attendant to help me. I see every one else get helped, even people arriving after me. I do not understand how all attendants stand there and watch me and just ignore me. I am not rude, i don't even ask them to wash my window and i always tip the guys. Please can someone take action because this is ridiculous. Please contact me as well to let me know what steps will be taken. I hope you fire all your incompetent staff at that branch, even the manager as they are clearly not doing their work.
