CAR WASH DISASTER

I went to the Engen garage at Midway Mews in Midrand for a car wash. I was told the car will be finished in 30 minutes but I waited for more than an hour. On inspection I found that they only sprayed the car and didnt really wash it as I dropped the car and went to the shops. The inside was not touched even though I had paid for a full wash. The guys gave me my keys and said the car was fine. To my shock the doors had dust all over. And the inside was dirty, carpets not even dusted. I called the supervisor who said the car was still being washed but I told him his staff said it was done as they gave me my keys to go. I was so angry that I just drove away as theyguys made jokes and didnt show any remorse and shifted the blame to each othe
