No response after more than a week and two phone c

I went to them (KCR Motorcycles) on 26/01/2013 and spoke to Johnny about a fuel tap on my Kawa z1100. He told me that he will phone me on Monday 28/01/2013. We are on 04/02/2013 and i still don't have any reply from them. Phoned again this morning and Quiton/Quintus had a look in Johnny's little book and found all my detail in there. He said to me that he will make a BIG note in there for Johnny to phone me. Well i guess you know what happened. Still no reply.
