Discrimination at its best

I tried phoning for a rental car at SA CAR HIRE a lady answering the phone was rude after she asked me who the clients where. After I replied with African surnames she told me there is no cars available. I Could not understand as why no cars are available after hearing African surnames, she transferred me to Francois who very rudely explained that they choose who the clients are and that excludes "blacks" and panel beaters. To me this is unacceptable. After the rude experience I wondered how I will explain this to my clients. I was shocked as I have never heard such a thing from so called professionals. Really? Not hiring to "blacks"?
Not hiring to panel beaters I can understand. So thanks for putting me as a client down because I got the best service elsewhere from a very friendly "black" lady. I asked her whether they rent vehicles to white people or not and her answer to me was - "what's the difference? ".
