Incorrect invoice and bad attitude

I reserved a car to be collect on the 31/12/13 return on 04/01/14 4 days, and specifically requested for a Polo Vivo (which i know is not guranteed) when i collected the car i was told the Polo Vivo is not available because it is dirty, there was only a Chev Spark, i understood, was then told that the Spark's disc is about to expire so i cannot take it, i understood, i was offered another car in another group, fine, i dont mind that. Then returned the car in good condition, and few days later requested an invoice, only to find out that my invoice is incorrect in that it seems i only took the car for 24 hours and used over 700KM in that 24 hours (so proud of myself), i requested that same be corrected, called again following day same story nothing has been rectified, i called the branch manager who keeps promising me that it will be done i should call the following day and it will be sorted, i did for the past three days and nothing has changed still. Im so tired of calling the callcentre and i am tired of hearing from the branch manager.. can someone please help me. I dnt even want to ask about my deposit money. Avis, should i just make peace that i might never get my deposit?
