Window replaced, mirror keeps falling off pt2

On the day of this report PG Glass replaced the mirror sticking it up with glue, for that I give them a thumbs up. However as of late (13 Jan 2014) I have not yet received feedback on what they are going to do about the mirror that they broke.

Please guys don't make me beg for feedback...
