Stay away from this shop if you value your sanity

To make a very long story a bit shorter, my vehicle went to PT for minor repairs. It took almost a year to get the car close to an "acceptable" level after dealing with a dent on the side and a dent & scratch on the bumper sustained while in PT Paint's possession, then the paint started peeling. As if that's not bad enough, it's almost impossible getting a hold of anybody and they just never phone you back.

The car had to go to PT paint on 3 occasions during 2013 to sort it out, each time they've kept the car for weeks while the Tracker logs were showing the car hasn't moved until a couple of days before it's "ready".

When I booked the car in the last time I have specifically told them NOT to wash the engine under any circumstances because they got water into the spark plug channel the last time which caused them to rust and damaging the plug leads.

Got my car back, drove it to work up the road and left it there for the weekend to take it back home on the Monday. As soon as I got onto the highway it started stuttering with loss of power. Pulled over and found the channel drenched in boiling water!! They are denying all responsibility and "it's up to ME to prove it".
