My over heating car was booked in yesterday morning (car was delivered at 7H30). I called at 11H55 to check (seemingly i didnt get a call from Peugeot) if they had received my car frm the tow ppl but was kept on the line for about 12 min to speak to Johan as the recep lady stated that he was the ONLY person that could confirm that, after 13 min decided to leave a msg. Got a call @ 14H40 (2hrs later) frm Johan stating that the car was there but he cant promise that it will be attended to because they had been extremely busy. My concerns are- Y did i (the client) had to call to check if my car was there, y were other cars given 1st prev that my car was not attended 2, can a Co. really have only person in assisting clients? In their absense does that mean the dealership wont function? And y was i inconvenienced in waking up early to make sure the car go there on time as agreed upon and booked by Johan but niks. Im really disappointed at this unprofessional treatment, I gues as a young female such people would take advantage!
