Delivery takes for eve

A medicine parcel was send on 2 January 2014. To date (6 Jan) still no package.
Phoned earlier today and they told me it will be delivered this afternoon. It never happened.
Phoned again and they do not know were parcel is.
THIS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE
