Billed twice after cancelling account

I'm very fond of the AA and how many times they have helped me in the past. So it saddens me to complain about this but my hand has been forced after trying to contact support through their website and failing.
Recently I got vehicle insurance through AAInsure, which I cancelled about a month ago. I was already a member of AA, and if I understood things correctly they created another membership for me.
After canceling the policy, I asked to cancel the one account as well. And upgrade the other account to a premium membership.
However I have not heard a peep from AA, except for getting billed for 2 accounts this month.
