Disgusted with FARGO TRANSPORT's service

We moved from JHB to Somerset West. We made use of Fargo Transport to move our personal belongings to CT. We were supposed to move on the 5/6th of January 2013. Fargo informed us that they can help us earlier. On the 4/01/ 2013. In the company policy it is stated that the waiting period is no more than 3 days, since the collection of our furniture till drop off. Its been a week and still NO sign of our belongings. After many calls from our side we were informed that there has been a delay as one of the trucks had broken down. This was not communicated to us at all. Promises were then made that our stuff will arrive on 9 /01/ 2013.Yet again after many excuses and blaming us for not providing the delivery address in time (which is not true and can be proved on email), no sign of our stuff. We were promised to receive it today, 1101 2013. and no sign yet. This has cost us much money, discomfort and frustration, we are stranded in an empty house and are sleeping on the floor for over a week. Together with my newly developed back ache I'm truly disgusted with the way this matter has been handled and a "sweet sorry"is not going to cut it. I will not recommend this company to anyone! Disgusted!!
