Poor Service and Safety Harzards

I would like to raise a complaint about shell Garage in Attredgeville Pretoria. There is poor service, I was rudely told that I can only use debit cards on a purchase over R20 which iant stated anywhere in the shop, the staff are constantly on their celphones and tend to ignore customers, they are rude and give unecessary attitude. lastly our safety as a community, there are cars spining in the garage next to the tanks which puts our lives in great danger & nothing or no security has been enforced to stop that instead it happens often now that it gets out of hand... this happens constantly that it is now getting out of hand, and when a manager or supervisor is requested I was told they are not available please assist on this matter I plead...
