I went to exchange a part and was sent to action ford roodepoort because of stock unavailability upon my arrival I saw that the invoice had a much lower rate. I then asked why such a great mark up was charged it was said this is how ford makes money I paid 685 for the tensioner pulley the price they had on the 294 thats a profit margin of 133% and when asked for refund on outstanding money it was said I must sort it out with actionford krugersdorp. But the invoice paper was pulled from my hand and and wasnt allowed a copy to further my fight I am just dissatisfied with the fact that I couldnt get the invoice copy soo I can further my fight and that such a great markup is charged to me.
