Since I bought my Juke in Aug 2013, I've ONLY had bad and rude customer service at Nissan Bloemfontein. And this morning was the last straw: Ruan, at service reception, says it's not his job to inform customers over the phone that Nissan service department has moved, because: "Don't we read the newspaper? and don't we listen to radio? " Was his reply!!!?? If you work people, you should hire people who can work with your customers in a professional manner. I will NEVER again buy a Nissan, and I would advise people who's thinking of buying a Nissan to think twice.
