Extremely bad and appalling customer service

After buying a car from Citroen Hatfield, the car started giving me problems. At first they were very understanding and assisted, but the problems persisted. Because they thought they're more clever than their own customers. My problems were then escalated to the Head Office, whom at first were supportive but later started looking to cut corners to save their own pockets. Now that the problems are not ending they're busy looking for scapegoats to discharge their own responsibilities. Their so-called management is hiding behind the frontline staff refusing to return my calls and really becoming dirty and underhanded in their attempts to run away from this matter. I have since been waiting for at least 1 manager from either the dealership of the Head Office since last year after leaving numerous messages for them to speak to me directly.
