Once again, David who is the "boss" at the Claremont branch, is in the headlines for excellent service.

Motomia boasts as being the biggest motorcycle supplier in the Western Cape.

This does not diminish the super service I have experienced consistently at the Claremont branch.

Yesterday, as I booked my bike in for its 12500 km service, David opened the chain guard and got grease all over his hands as he personally checked up on a comment I had made about the chain tension.

This is the same guy who has offered to fit a headlamp bulb, when I purchased it.

I have had a motorcycle since 1966, so I know all about dealerships and customer care. At this branch I am known by name, and always assisted with the greatest enthusiasm, respect and cheerfulness!
