BAD service and feedback

I purchased my Foton Thunda in April 2013.In October 2013 I had problems with a water pump leak and as it is under warranty it was taken to the Pinetown Foton. It is now two months later and apparently the approval for them to repair the vehicle was only received last week. the problem now is that there is some parts not available in S.A. and it will be taking a minimum of 3 more weeks (the way things have been going it could be more) to have my vehicle on the road. I will not recommend anyone to buy anything from this company. The only feedback during this period was when I contacted them or went to the branch There was NO communication from their side.
