Lodged a claim with mercedes benz insurance for windscreen repair, claim no ad authorizaton received immediately, refereance no for pg glass also received, one day, 2 days, a week, 2 weeks no one from pg glass called to make t booking, i called and was told il receive a call back shortly still nothing, its been 2 months, finally lodged a complain with mercedes benz again n then recieved a call from t branch, after fighting for 2 days was told they sorry their negliegence and will attend to it shortly, sill few days have passed, then i complained again to someon at head office and mercedes benz and finally was told it wud be done by friday t 15feb, but on tuesday monring t 12 feb i received a call from t branch sayng they going to do the job now and they need immediate payment of access first, i explained i am unavailable i cannot do it ryt now mail me t statement n i will do it shortly but pls do t job u owe it to me as u have neglected me for 2 months, guys said no sorry we cant do the job i said spk to ur manager and pls understand this is ur fault not mine, he didnt call me back, a week has passed nothing yet done n no statement received, i called again n im still waiting...
