I purchsed a Motomia 170 Sport late 2012 and on deleavery noted a bad metal to metal rattle from the rear brack disc unit.
I brought this problem to Ben and Cedric attention and David the manager at Motomia Claremont and there reponse and attitude was positive and professional and most helpful.
The problem was sorted out within a hour and Full marks to David and his team for the professelional manner and fast service.
I have now purchased 2 bikes from Motomia and certainly will be adding another unit to my collection.
The after sales support and service and spares back up is the main reason so many Motomia are on the roads around the Western Cape and in JHB as well keep up the the positive service and customers will keep coming back.
