Short pay on refund

We applied for the car through this company and from the very beginning it was problems, the consultant was not contacting my brother in law and I had to make constant follow ups, now we eventually have the car, but we having problems with the refund the rule is that if u do more that 2000k a month you will get refunded R1524, we have been doing so from the beginning (sep 2013) however to date every refund that we got was less, the amount refunded was always less by R100.00 or R85.00 I have no idea why, I tried calling satin sky with no joy, I even logged a query on the Blue Lake website 5 days gone and no reply I eventually e-mailed another consultant today and am waiting his response.

Real bad service, these people just want the sale and do not want to assist with any problems, we feel lost as we have no idea who to turn to for assistance.
