DHL has no customer service at all

I am so angry with the service DHL has given me, i emailed Lesego thinking i would get help from him since he is the customer care manager but been in contact with him was a real waste instead he gets Nosicelo to call me and she doesnt even know what my query is really about, they tell me i must pay another invoice, WHY must i pay when i have already paid, does anyone know what the they are doing and what pathetic customer service this is, DHL has sent me the wrong parcel even though the correct customer details where on the package so why is DHL not sorting this out, my daughter was supose to receive this parcel before christmas, we are now going for the new year and i still do not have anything, i will never deal with DHL again they are the worse company to deliver stuff. Lesego should not be sitting in that customer care manager position
