Time Freight
Had 2 very valuable parcels that cannot be traced

I have sent 2 parcels with computers in them which was collected in durban although it cannot now be traced or found by any of the employees or customer service agents, these 2 parcels was of high value and i just find it fishy how it can just disappear of the system. A guy called walter was suppose to call me back who never did and was very rude to me as well. what really is annoying not only to me but other customers is the fact that i was constantly being transferred from one person to the next and no one helped me in any way i probably spent more than 30min just on hold i can only imagine what my telephone bill will come to. Frankly i dont think i would ever deal with time freight again.
