Most disappointed from ur services

I have ordered things for Xmas for my family and dhl was picked to deliver the items, payed customs duties that they charged for clearance and I did it immediately for a matter of urgency.. I've payed and keep calling them why my stuff is taking long, one consultant tells me this and the other tells me another thing..I think il be goin home without those items delivered and that's not lekker I don't even know what to do... can you believe that I'm the one following them around
