On the 24th of July I had a parcel picked up in Hong Kong, and delivered to Johannesburg by the next day. When the parcel arrived in Johannesburg what happened? 20 days later and the parcel was only cleared from customs. All duties fees was payed on the day the bill was sent. I received notification that I should see an update within 8-12 working hours. After numerous support tickets sent in on the website and nobody getting back to me, I decided to call in which was no help either. I was diverted to about 9 different people until I asked the last guy to give me a number which I could call to get to right department.

I am very disappointed in this service, since I have dealt with many different couriers in the past and have always had top class treatment. Judging by the amount of similar complaints on this website, maybe it's time to rethink your strategy.

Tomorrow will the 24th day I've been waiting for my parcel which apparently should take 3-6 working days to deliver (excusing customs delay). I've paid good money for your service and hope this parcel will be delivered tomorrow morning with no issues.
