HEADLINE Unsatisfactory service
I went through an unexpected pothole. I took my vehicle to SUPA~QUICK to have the wheel~alignment (WA) done, but was advised that they can not work on my car as it is still under guarantee. I took my car a few days later for its 30000 km service. I requested Roger the workshop manager to fix the WA and confirmed that I will pay for it. When I got my vehicle back I noticed that the WA was not done. On my request why it was not done Roger said that there is nothing wrong with the WA. I confronted him with the fact that S~Q said that there was a major problem with the WA but he insisted that nothing was wrong, he even gave it to me in writing. Back at S~Q they once again confirmed that there is a major problem. Complaints to the garage manager as well as a certain miss Blom at customer care came to nothing. I am not technical at all and if I believed Roger I could have been in a major accident or lost a lot of money. I am unhappy that unqualified people are used to service the vehlcle, once the deal is done it seems that there is no further interest in the client. `
