I went to Danny at Battery Boss Alberton, and he really understood my situation. He really came to party and passed quite a substantial discount on to me on the new battery. His friendliness and firm believe in the Willard product makes it a no brainer that it is the right product to use. Then Roger from Powertech Batteries contacted me regarding my complaint posted, and was extremely helpful. He understood my concern on the longevity of the product and assured me that it is not the way Willard conduct themselves. As I mentioned previously, I'm not out out get a free-bee, but just needed to understand why this is happening. Roger insisted on a voucher, and after a lengthy chat, I must say I felt a lot more confident having their product in my vehicle.
