Worst customer service eve

CMH EAST RAND has the worst customer service that i have ever experienced. I went to the used car sales because i am interested in one of their cars on the floor. Went there to test drive the car and the clutch failed. The finance has been approved. They sent the car ib to the work shop for the repairs and i asked them to keep me posted in order for me to arrange delivery of the car. This never happens i have to send mails and phone and even go to there and it is all for nothing. I want to trade in my current car but that is to difficult for them to sort out. They just cant seem to get back to their clients. I'm asking them a couple of things regarding the car and no one can give me any answers.
