Summer holidays gone to!!!

SO ANGRY AND FRUSTRATED!! Bought TOURAN 1.4 TSI 2011 with 38000KM. Not long after the vehicle had to go in due to "FAULT ON COMPRESSION OF ENGINE" at cost of R23000. 2 months later a problem with bearing knock. After telling the service advisor it wouldn't solve the issue we were still assured the problem is sorted. Until 2weeks ago when vehicle once again went in for service, in preparation for our Summer Road trip which we have planned to entire year for, once again we were made promises that all would be sorted.

THIS IS NOT THE CASE. After over a week of promises that a "new engine" was being arranged and would be fitted before we depart for our trip on 25th Dec. Today we get told it will not be ready!!!

WHAT THE!!! I have been patient and suffered these INCOMPETENT fools till I've gone blue in the face!

I'm told there are no courtesy vehicles for my use!! SO WHAT NOW!!! WHAT DO I TELL MY FAMILY WHO HAVE WAITED THE WHOLE YEAR FOR THIS TRIP!!

TIRED OF BEING "NICE"!! I WANT A SOLUTION
