Parts not recieved

I Purchased a GWM CB150 in May may from Novel Ford, I reported that the vehicle has a hard and bumby drive, i was informed that it was the bushes that is worn, this was reported on the 16th Oct it has been 2 month since I have not recieved the parts, apparently the parts was orders and got lost somehow. The vehicles wheel allignment and balancing has run out as a result of driving the vehicle so long with worn bushes, It's quite unsafe to drive this way as the car tends to steer with difficulty at a certain speed.
