Landrover Silverlakes about parts replaced

Land rover Silverlakes replaced bushes and performed wheel alignment as suggested during a holiday check taking 2 days...

However we found that the car was still pulling to the left even though they claimed that a test drive was done.

We took the car back to the wheel alignment centre as instructed by the service advisor only to find out that there was no previous job card for the car and the bushes were not replaced thus being the reason for the car pulling to the left.
