Car dealers still honest and very efficient

I made an appointment at the dealership to have keys replaced and coded after they got in Bloem. I spoke to Charl at spares and he actually came back to me with a quote pretty quickly whereafter I made a booking to bring the car in. I had a thought to have them check the aircon system while the car is there and I am so used to people trying to take you for a ride and quoting for work that did not actually have to be done that I was totally amazed when they told met the system works on standard and nothing has to be done. Somewhere else they would have still charged me an arm and a leg to have something done even if it was not essential. They even offered to have my bakkie washed afterwards (maybe they could assess that it was quite dirty by the condition I brought it in).
