I took my 2009 Polo to these guys which i had a problem with the outer cv boot been broken. When i arrive i asked the lady that works there if there is a guarantee she replied yes. I then went ahead with the job to be done i only had to realized later once my car was strip that they inform me the inner cv was also needs to be replace or the guarantee will not stand. So i had no other option but to pay double just so i could have a piece of mind.
A month later i currently experience the same problem when i took my vehicle back they had fine prints on the slip that it does cover the boot which i initially took it for, They put my cv boot back but did not replace my cv .3 months later i broke down at 11pm reason was because of the cv collapse.
This is a new vehicle i don't expect this to happen to me which can endanger my life. I am not the only one that had a problem with this business i had people also confronted me about this place but people took this lightly but my life was at risk and i cannot over look this. the attitude that the owner has intimidated me so that is the reason whey i am seeking help.
