Sub standard service, they can "fix" anything

Took my '96 VW golf in for a service and to repair a leaking water pipe.
After several add-on items, which included a new water bottle and a flush of the whole water system, the car is returned with the water light ON! This is what made me aware of the leak in the first place!
After keeping my car an extra day?? I returned only to find that the light was still burning constantly. I was assured the problem would be remedied, and my car returned to my house.
The car was returned, the light was off, but now the drivers' side door could no longer be locked!
The lock mechanism was BROKEN. Central locking works fine, just the lock is broken.
This is not the expertise of Car Service City Midrand I am told. YOU Source the part, and they would gladly put it in for me??
This morning, (couple of weeks later) I inspect the car only to find the water bottle is almost empty!
The light is still off inside, I check the the plug on the bottle an notice something really odd.
There is electrical tape on the wires, right near the base of the plug.
When I undo the tape to see if the problem might be there, I see the wires stripped and joined. BREACHED!!
