Unproffessional and dishonest from Maccarthy

Mr Marque Bosch promised will pay 2 instalment to my vehicle to the value of R5171.48 and confirmation email was sent to me on 28/11/2013 . He has promised to pay the money to my cheque account, since i informed him that i will not be able to afford vehicle currently and offered to return it after 1 day of receiving it and he offered that he will pay 2 instalment in order for me to keep vehicle to date nothing has been paid.
I made follow up and its been 2weeks and last time we spoke was yesterday when he confirmed funds will be in my acc last night. My I.D 8608010332080 Article: Toyota yaris 1.0 2012 Model.
