Recently I scheduled a service. The lady at call desk gave me a price. When I arrived for service there where extra things written in that amounted to R2000.00 more. On enquiry I was told it's standard quotes. I went to see the service manager that showed me standard quote that was more than they quoted me and without the extra. At the end he pulled up his shoulders and had attitude of deal with it. On 60000km service they had no gearbox oil so they said they'll contact me as soon as they get oil. On 70000km they still hadn't contacted me. On enquiring they said they'll do it with service. I said I'll be doing services self so they need to arrange for oil replacement. They said they'll get back to me. On 90000km still no reply from them. I contacted dealer principle who said he'd get back to me. Two days later and still nothing. This same dealer I've tried twice to buy vehicles from them without any success or help from them, only to go to Hatfield and within a day I've had my transactions approved and helped.
