Emergency means NOTHING to Hyundai

On the 9th December i called to get advice on how my tyre insurance on my vehicle purchased through you and was informed that everyone was in a meeting. When i asked the receptionist to please call one of them out of the meeting as it wasn an emergency i was told no. I find her attitude and response totally unacceptable. It was not as if i just wanted to query something on a car. It was an emergency, i was stranded and needed help and didn't get it.

On a seperate occassion i asked that my hyundai badge in the front of my car be replaced as it was bubbling. The manager took a photo of it and said in two weeks it would be there. I have still not received any feedback and it has been more than a month if not two months? I keep asking when i will get it. have spoken to Bobby, and Wayne and have had NO feedback. I am totally at the responses and lack of interest in assisting me. It seems customer service is not something that you care about.. your aftersales service!!!
