Different story everytime

Hi,
My shipment arrived in South Africa on 2nd of December 2013 but I still haven't received it and every time I call, I get a different story and no one knows what is happening to my shipment which is really frustrating. I have been promised so may times that I would receive a call from a person responsible for shipment but I never received any call. Why would someone want to pay so much for DHL when it takes as long as free shipping? DHL's call center is so pathetic and useless, no one know what to do and their best answer is "I don't know". I would never order anything with DHL again.
