Pathetic

I have NEVER seen this in my life before. Such poor service, such patheticness and such ignorance towards a client. i want to know where Desire at Justine/Avon got her info that the PO delivered my box Tracking number TV422137015ZA ordered on 6/12 and still no where to be found on 17/12 @ 10h30 on Saturday 14/12 after the post office has closed. I confirmed this morning with the PO and nothing was delivered as they only receive mail once a day before 10 in the morning. She was lying to get me off her back as I have been querying this box since last week friday as I needed it to be delivered in time. Seems that I have collected all of the 4 boxes except for the one I really need. The system showed 3 boxes to be collected and it ended up being 6 boxes? No one seems to care - what for? My account has already been paid and they can take their time plus a little bit extra to have it delivered. I want to know what happened since the 7th of Dec up till now and I want a written letter of apology to my 11 clients that will be receiving their orders late since they are already on leave and I have to arrange the deliveries now on top of all the expenses I alreday had querying this
