Bad Service

Coming from the fuel industry and having run my own service station I would like to express my utmost disgust of how the sasol is run at honeydew ridge shopping center. This service station is conveniently placed in a suburb were they have the soul monopoly of the area and customers living in the area almost dont have a choice other than to stop here as there aren't any other fuel stations in the near vicinity. I have now stopped there on 4 occasions in the last 2 months and every single time I've had to sit and wait, accually have a staring contest with the attendants up until one of them decides to stride over and assist. This morning I actually stopped right in front of an attendant sweeping the forecourt he looked at me and carried on sweeping, the other attendants were all huddled in a group and also just stared over to me and carried on drinking their coffee. A site doing the literage you currently doing will probably shrug this complaint off, but I feel something should be said and something surely should be done about your forecourt and the guys obviously running it as if it is their own business.
