Sold me a used car as new

I bought a Chery J1 TX, after a month, the car had no brakes and i had to struggle to have them fitted and it was only when i threatened Johann that i will return the car that the insurance was approved. The drivers window does not open when hot, reported still not fixed. Now the passenger window is not working when i took it in for the 75000 and to fix both windows, i was told that my warranty insurance has expired in February 2013 when the car was registered in February 2010, i bought the car in December 2010. So what do i do now as both front windows and i have just found out that my car was actually second hand and not new as i was told.
