Outstanding Service!!!

I would like to thank Warren for his outstanding service. I have never received such good service from any dealer. Warren has always been helpful and spot on with his deadlines. My Subaru when in for a blown head gasket 2 weeks ago. Warren was always keeping me updated with the progress on the repair of the Subaru. He told me that it would take a week and a half for my car to be fixed, and a week and a half later I took delivery of my car.

Service which I received from all your staff was amazing WELL DONE GUYS.It makes me feel like I did the right choice in buying a Subaru.

Last night at about 17:28 I called Subaru, Warren happened to answer the phone. I told him that the water pipe from the motor to the radiator was broken and was spraying water everywhere. I told him which pipe it was. He told me to wait where I am, he was going to bring me a pipe before any damage is done to the motor. I waited an hour for him as I was in Honeydew, and I knew that it should take him a about an hour to get to me. He arrived by me with a replacement pipe, installed it and topped up the anti-freeze. He make sure that I was able to drive again and was able to get back to my family.
