PG Glass
Refusing to take responsibility for damage on ca

Cars & Transport

I posted a complaint about the level of service I received from PG Glass Fourways last week. Since then I was contacted by Lucy Moodley (Service Recovery) who assured me that my complaint would be dealt with. I was then in touch with the Regional Manager (James Brodie) after I received an email from the Service Manger (Stoffel Van Deventer). In the email he stated the following "As discussed. As per Sam we inspect the rubbers outside the car in case the tinter burn the rubber during the heating process. We also inspect the vehicle outside in case the tinter scratch it while tinting as they move around the car frequently. We inspect the seats to ensure no damage or cuts on the seat. We don't take door panels off to prevent damages to electrical components" This is completely contradictory to what happened. My car was inspected on the inside and out and no damage was found. I have written proof of this but yet Stoffel still fails to acknowledge the damage. James has said that the technicians need to investigate the damage and what caused it. I struggle to understand this as I have written proof that my car was in perfect condition when it arrived at PG Glass.
