Around mid-September 2013 I took my car to PG Glass Four ways to install smash and grab. Car was inspected inside out and confirmed to be in perfect condition by Sam. After collecting my car I noticed damage when I got home and phoned immediately and I was told to bring the car in. I was introduced to the Service Manager, Stoffel van Deventer who refused to take any responsibility. After going to BMW, On the 7th November 2013 I drove to PG Glass and spoke to Stoffel who advised me that if I get the quote they will sort it out. BMW gave me a quote and I sent it to Stoffel who would get back to me. Til this day I have not heard from him so I decided to phone him. The story has changed once again. I am getting no assistance at all and 3 months down the line my car is still damaged. After such an unpleasant experience with PG Glass I feel that people need to be aware of what they are getting themselves into and the quality of service they should expect. I am at a loss on how to take this further because I am getting no cooperation or assistance from them. I have records stating that my car was in perfect condition when I left it with them and record of email and conversations.
