SHOCKING SERVICE!

Yesterday at approx 17h30 in the pouring rain, I went to the Engen filling station on the cnr of Lynnwood re & Solomon Mahlangu Drive to put in petrol! I try avoiding this filling station as I have always received terrible service from here!
I pulled up to the first petrol pump and was promptly (very abruptly) told to move to another one as the petrol attendant did not want to get wet???
I then moved to the next pump only to be told that I must move again (very rudely)! That is when I lost my cool and marched into the shop and demanded to see the Manager, who coincidently was not in (as usual)! One of the other petrol attendants came into the shop and had the audacity to ask me what my problem, called me a "mad white woman", in front of customers also accused me of being "drunk"?
If this is not defamation of character, then what is, I had not had a drop to drink, I'd just left work! Heproceeded to "mouth" me shouting profanities at me, and of course I admit I shouted back at him. I then decided I was not winning so proceeded to leave and on walking out was told not to come back and was sworn at.
I demand an explanation from Management and an apology from the staff!
