On 15 January 2013 my vehicle was parked in front of woodford car hire in a parking bay. due to the signboard not being installed properly, it had fell onto my vehicle. weather conditions cannot be blamed for this as it was a still day with no wind. Woodford have been giving me the run around in repairing the damages to my vehicle. various mails have been sent to their offices and the excuse is they are waiting for the brokers and mutal and federal to take a decision. i was also adviced to sort my vehcile out vai my own insurance which i think is nonsense why should i lose my bucks back bonus and have my premuims increased due to their error. taking lagal action is also a option but that means aditional cost to me. from mails that i have received it seems that the company with the insurers are really not interested in getting this sorted out. whats amazingly disgusting is that woodford is busy stripping and sorting out their signage whereas my vehicle remains damaged. what has happened to customer service and delivery. i as th aggrieved party should not be given the run around. my vehicle should have been sorted out promptly, woodford should take responsibility of the damages
