Computer Box leaked

I took my car to Fountain Valley in Pretoria the checked my car and they found the car computer box have water and they said i used water pressure to wash the engine and warranty they don't cover for that. When buying the car they is no manual or sign not to wash car with water pressure now they don't want to fix my car i have to pay R 21000 rand
