Engen damages my car and tells me they wont repai

I am absolutly disgusted!!!
i have a suzuki sj 410 for which i have recently spent R17500 having it resprayed.
so my car beng a 4x4, i do take it to play in the mud from time to time.
on saterday the 30th of november i had arrived at engen la rochelle to clean my windows i insured to park well out of the way so i could do this upon arrival two attendents came running to the car to do this and i then stood back and let them do their thing i then noticed one of the attendents took it upon himself to use the window cleaner to start cleaning the car.
when i noticed this i immediately stopped him. i then went home and in the week had the car washed only to realize it had been terribly scratched.
i approached management who reviewed the footage and then proceeded to tell me i was not a paying customer so they would not cover the damages, even though their employees representatives of engen had damaged my car on their premises!!!
this garage is the garage i always use as i stay in the area opposite them i am absolutely writhing with anger and am considering taking the matter further if this is not resolved.
come on engen i thought you value the customers!!!
