I took my car in for a service; I was dropped off in the morning as they usually do with their clients.
I had confirmed the day before that I would need to be dropped off and collected. On the day of the service, when it came time to being collected, I was told that I could not be collected because of it being past the collection time. When I enquired how they suggested I get home the manager suggested that I take public transport. I am inclined to wonder if had it been a "Mr Smith", "Van der Merve" or "Naidoo" would they been afforded the same suggestion. I am completely disgusted with the manner in which this matter was handled, especially by the so called manager.
My car has remained with them for the evening, without my prior consent & I need to make arrangements to go collect it.
