Pathetic Service From Acer (Warranty)

My PC was collected for the 2nd time from Acer for a memory problem. The PC was collected on 19/12/2012 & after several telephone calls, was only returned on 09/01/2013. All the while the PC was kept at Midrand,
without anyone having the decency to inform me about any progress on the repairs.
I was also told that I would have to pay R500 for couriers & labor because there was no fault found.
However 2 days later (11/01/2013) the problem arose again (3rd time).
On Monday 14/01/2013 I logged a call again & also reported it to the manager (Stuart)
mentioning clearly that the problem was intermittent & suggested that the memory chip
be replaced. He assured me that the PC will be collected the next day 15/01/2013
& would be returned by 22/01/2013. The PC was only collected on 17/01/2013
& to-date no effort whatsoever was made by Acer's staff to inform me about my PC.
I phoned their helpdesk & was attended to by quite an arrogant attendant (Jacques),
telling me that he had run pc doctor on the machine & found no faults.
When I eventually managed to contact the manager (Stuart), he assured me that he would
attend to the problem & he would provide me with the necessary feedback.
